Working with age concern, the centre offers a variety of activities free of charge, including:

• Arts and Crafts
• Beautician

• Craft Club (evening)
• Indoor Kurling
• Tai Chi

• Whist Group
• Xtra Energy with Garfield
• Family of God Church (Sunday)
• Groundwork Youth Club (evening)
• Alzheimer's Society Support Group (monthly)

Our coffee shop

Our Coffee Shop is open daily from 9.00am until 11.30am where you can have a coffee, a slice of toast, home made scones etc. It's a great place to meet old friends and make some new ones.

Restaurant

We serve three course lunches at 12:00 noon which consist of soup, main course and dessert, and you can have any combination you like.
Snacks available: Jacket potatoes or toasted sandwiches.

Meals are freshly prepared daily by our fully qualified kitchen staff. There is no need to pre-book, but we need to know by 11.15am on the day.

Hairdressers

We have our own unisex hairdressing salon open five days a week from 9.00am, where you can have a perm, colour, cut and blow dry, etc. at affordable prices.
Only for the over 50's.

Velvet Glove Project & Principle Link

The Autumn Centre, together with Velvet Glove Care Ltd and Principle Link Transport Ltd, offer an extended level of service to both existing and new users. This includes:

• Door-to-door escorted transport (£1.50 each way).
• Assistance with disabled shower facilities/toileting for those who need this.
• A wide range of daily activities suitable for both the disabled and able-bodied.
• The provision of advice and information relating to health care and available benefits.
• A fully qualified Health care assistant is in-house Monday to Friday 9.00am to 2.30pm.

Different size rooms are available for private hire.
